Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified during the booking process. Clients will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
Travel Documents Clients are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents, including Inner Line Permits (ILP), wherever required.
Changes to Itinerary Venture Vision reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters. Alternate arrangements will be made whenever possible.
Liability Disclaimer While we take utmost care in planning and executing travel arrangements, Venture Vision is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the trip.
Accommodation & Transport Accommodation and transport services are provided as per availability and selected package. Any upgrade or customization is subject to additional charges.
Customer Conduct Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the tour. Venture Vision reserves the right to remove any individual causing disruption without a refund.
Payment Terms All payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services without notice.
